We’re happy to help with that! It’s a great way to track engagement and see how the benefit is being used by your employees. There are two different reporting tools available: one shows key metrics such as utilization rate and the share of active users, and the other provides purchase statistics on an individual level.

 

Follow these steps to download a report with key metrics for the wellness benefit:

  1. Log in as an employer
  2. Click on the Statistics (beta) icon in the control panel
  3. Click Download report and follow the instructions

 

Follow these steps to generate individual-level statistics for your company’s wellness purchases:

  1. Log in as an employer
  2. Click on the Statistics icon in the control panel
  3. Scroll down to Usage history (add image)
  4. Select Wellness benefit from the dropdown menu under All benefits
  5. Enter a start date
  6. Enter an end date
  7. Click Search
  8. Click Download list (Excel)
