If your bike is stolen or damaged:
File a claim with your insurance company:
Contact your insurance provider to report the theft or damage. They will request proof that you have a benefit bike.
Report the theft or damage to Epassi:
Contact us at Epassi if your benefit bike is stolen or damaged. We will issue a certificate confirming that you have a benefit bike through Epassi. This certificate should be submitted to your insurance company as part of the claim assessment.
