Our users use their wellness allowance digitally and make the purchase in the Epassi app on site at your place. See our guide for users here and how you as a health care provider check purchases here.

If the person does not have enough balance in Epassi, they can use the remaining amount in the app and then pay the remaining amount additionally using your usual payment methods (card, Swish, invoice, etc.). Alternatively, additional payment takes place in the app if the entire amount is entered there and both parts are paid out via Epassi.
