Online payment/purchase now: If you do not have access to the Epassi app, you can make your purchase via Online Payment on our website epassi.se with certain providers.

Another way to pay online via the website is when the provider has posted a selection of products at fixed prices. In these cases, the payment option "Purchase Now" is displayed.

Different payment functions: To see our range of providers and activities, click on "Utilize benefit." When you click on the provider you want to make a purchase with, you can see what payment functions that particular provider offers.

Note that payment functions differ between providers, and not all offer all payment methods.

Purchasing via Online Payment:

  1. Log in to epassi.se - Login
  2. Search and select a provider via the "Utilize Benefit" tab. When you click on the provider, you will see the available payment options. If your selected provider offers Online Payment, it will be indicated under the "Payment options" heading.
  3. Go back to the main menu and select Online Payment.
  4. Enter the provider's name and click search.
  5. Select your provider from the list and press Next.
  6. Enter the amount you want to pay, a description of the wellness service, and your email address.
  7. Click Pay.
  8. You can then download a PDF version of your receipt.
  9. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with a voucher. Read the Terms of Use and note the expiration date. Sign the voucher and provide it to the provider in exchange for your selected wellness purchase.

Purchasing via "Purchase Now":

  1. Log in to epassi.se - Login
  2. Search and select a provider via the "Utilize Benefit" tab. When you click on your chosen provider, you will see their product selection under the "Purchase Now" heading.
  3. Select your product and follow the payment instructions.

Psst!
 Don’t have enough balance for the wellness service you want to purchase? No problem. You can still use what you have left in your benefit and pay the remaining amount yourself.
