How do I place an order on EpassiBIKE?

Selling benefit bikes through EpassiBIKE is a great way to reach more customers, and we make sure to keep the ordering process as smooth as possible!

Please read the Instructions for Bike Partners on Epassi.se – Supplier – EpassiBIKE

Here are the steps to place an order:

  1. Choose bike and accessories: Together with the customer, choose the bike (traditional or electric model, max 25 km/h and 25W) and any accessories.
  2. Send product information: After choosing the bike and accessories, fill out and send the product information and total price to us via our Order Form.
  3. Confirmation and billing instructions: Once we receive the form, we will review the customer’s information and send a confirmation along with billing instructions within a few business days.
  4. Deliver the bike and send invoice: After receiving confirmation from us, you can deliver the bike to the customer and send an invoice to us. We will pay the invoice once the customer has acknowledged receipt of the bike.
