You can terminate an employee yourself via the customer portal.

Follow the steps below to remove an employee:

  1. Log in as an employer.
  2. Make sure the correct company is selected in the main menu at the top right. Click “Switch unit” to change company.
  3. Click on “Employees.”
  4. Select “Manage employees.”
  5. Search for the employee using the search bar.
  6. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the row.
  7. Select “Delete.”
  8. Enter the termination date for the employee.
  9. Save.


The employee can continue to use their Epassi card and any remaining balance even after being removed from the customer portal.

Top-ups created up to and including the termination date will still be added to the employee’s Epassi card.

The Epassi card will be automatically deactivated when any of the following conditions are met:
• The card has reached its expiration date.
• The card has not been used for 12 months.
• The balance has been fully used.
