Why has my business been removed from Epassi's network?
Epassi has chosen to temporarily deactivate all Thai massage salons in our network because, after discussions with the police, we have gained a clearer understanding of the extent of the problem. To ensure a fair and secure wellness platform, we now need to conduct a thorough review.
This is a temporary measure and part of our work to ensure that the wellness allowance is used correctly. We are aware that many legitimate operators run their businesses according to the regulations, and we will work swiftly to explore possibilities for serious operators to continue being part of Epassi's network.
Is this a permanent suspension?
No, this is a temporary measure while we review the businesses. We are actively working to find a solution where legitimate operators can continue to be part of Epassi's network.
