The process of approving customer identification (KYC) generally takes up to five business days. To avoid delays, please double-check that you have filled out the application correctly, that no information is missing, and that no fields are highlighted in red.
Verify with BankID – Have your BankID available for identification. If you do not have BankID, please contact Customer Service.

The customer identification form includes questions regarding the following five points:
- Identification and verification of the customer’s identity
- Ultimate beneficial owner
- Politically exposed persons (PEP)
- High-risk third countries
