We are happy that you have received your Epassi card and can start using it! The activation is quick and easy – you need your card and PIN code!
Activate your card – You activate your Epassi card the first time you make a purchase with it by inserting the card into the card terminal and using the PIN code.
Activate your card again: After about five purchases, you may need to reactivate contactless payments with the PIN code.
Here’s where you can find the PIN code in the app:
- Log in to the Epassikortet app with BankID.
- Tap the "My Account" icon in the top right corner.
- Tap "Show PIN Code." You will need to verify with BankID again to see your PIN code.
Here’s where you can find the PIN code via the web:
- Log in to Lunch.epassi.se with BankID.
- Click on the "Card" tab – now you will see an image of your card.
- Click on the card to view your PIN code. You will need to verify with BankID again to see your PIN code.
Once activation is complete, you can use contactless payment going forward.
