You can easily order a replacement card or block your card via the app or web.
Please block your current card as the first step.
Here’s how to order a replacement card/block your card via the app:
- Log in to the Epassikortet app with BankID.
- Tap the "My Account" icon in the top right corner.
- Tap "Order replacement card" or "Block card" and follow the instructions.
Here’s how to order a replacement card/block your card via the web:
- Log in to Lunch.epassi.se with BankID.
- Click on the "Card" tab – now you’ll see an image of your card.
- Click on "Replacement card" or "Block my card temporarily" and follow the instructions.
