The procedure depends on whether you have an integration with the Epassi portal or a manual setup.
Integration
The personnel data sent to Epassi via the integration file updates employees' wellness balances. Manual changes to the wellness balance should not be made.
Manual setup
Follow these steps:
- Log in as an employer
- Click on Employees in the control panel
- Search for the relevant person in the search field
- Click on the last name and scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click on the Balance entries icon
- Click on New balance entry
- To increase the allocation: enter the amount you want to add to the wellness allowance
- To decrease the allocation: enter a minus sign (-) followed by the amount you want to deduct from the wellness allowance
- Save
- Check that the wellness balance is correct
The employee’s wellness amount is now updated.
