How does this affect our employees?
The suppliers that are deactivated starting March 6 will no longer be available in our network. Employees can still use their wellness allowance for a variety of other approved wellness services that they can find in Epassis' portal.
Is this a permanent solution?
No, this is a temporary measure while we review the businesses. We are actively working to find a solution where legitimate operators can continue to be part of Epassis' network.
How do we inform our employees?
Feel free to share this text in your internal channels to inform your employees. We also recommend referring employees to our wellness portal, where they can see which suppliers are available.
