The procedure depends on whether you have an integration with the Epassi portal or a manual setup. You also need to know your organization’s wellness policy. Do you allocate the wellness allowance based on twelfths or do you assign the full allowance regardless of the start date during the year?
Twelfths means that employees are allocated a number of twelfths from the month they start during the year.
Full means that employees receive the entire wellness allowance regardless of when they start or end their employment during the year.
If you’re unsure about your company’s setup or wellness policy, please contact customer@epassi.com.
Integration with the Epassi portal
All changes must be made via the company’s integration file to ensure updates are processed correctly.
