You can go in and check the specification for the invoice that the salary file refers to, if an employee does not have an employment number entered, it is missing it in the specification and then also in the salary file.
If you want a new salary file with correct information, you first need to enter the employee's employment number. Then contact us and we can generate a new file, as long as the information is up to date.
You update the information under the "Employees" tab, go to "Manage employees" and search for the right person. Press the pen to make changes, don't forget to save.
