Go to the "Employees" tab and then "Manage Employees"

Click on "Add" and fill in the requested information.

Press "Add employee"

A card is then ordered and delivered to the specified address within 5-7 working days.

Create Retroload :

Go to "Loads" in the menu.

Choose the date you want the card to be loaded (must be 5 days in the future)

Press "Next".

Find the person(s) you want to load the card for and click in the box. The amount is pre-filled, but if this is to be changed, it can be done manually. Only ticked persons are included on the invoice.

Press "next".

Check that everything looks OK on the summary.

Then press "finish"

A charge is now created for that person. The invoice is sent according to your settings, or can be downloaded from the portal under "Invoices". When the invoice is paid and the employee has activated their card, the card is loaded on the selected date.
