We typically activate all properly created vendor accounts within 14 days, subject to peak times where lead times may be longer than normal. Make sure you fill in all the information correctly so your account can be activated faster. Check extra carefully that there is a facility added that you can find under 'Suppliers' as well as how the payment account is specified, which wellness services you specified and how they are described.

 

Keep in mind that there are two pages when registering, in the second you fill in the facility information where your health care-eligible services are specified. This is the information users see. If this is not filled in or if it is not clear which services are offered, we cannot activate the account.
