With this function, you as a supplier can post so-called Quick Selections (name and price of services) for the user to simply press in the app when they have to pay for their wellness purchase on the spot. The purchase is then valid as usual for 15 minutes from when the customer has completed the purchase via Quick Selection in the app.

Log in & select facility.

Log in as a service company at epassi.se with your username and password.

Go to Suppliers and click on the facility where you want to add online products.

Then click Edit Info.

Add new product.

At the bottom, click Add new product.

Enter amounts with numbers only (no spaces).

Enter the name of the product under Service.

Select category for the product. The choice of category determines the VAT on the purchase.

If you want to create a Quick Selection, you are done now. To create an Online Product, complete the steps below as well .

Tick Available for online store. 

Fill in a message that the customer receives after the purchase is completed. It can e.g. be how the customer goes about booking an appointment or activating the service.

Choose which information you want to receive from the customer after the purchase has been completed.
