Registered address – Your Epassi card will be sent to the address where you are registered.
Delivery time – The delivery time for the card is 5-12 business days.
Recently moved – If you have recently moved and are unsure whether the card may have been sent to the wrong address, please contact our customer service via this form.
Other benefit portal – Please note that if you have ordered your card through another benefits portal, the delivery time may take up to six weeks.
