An employee has not received a top-up

There can be several reasons why an employee has not received a top-up on their Epassi card. Easily check the following:

  • Is the employee’s status active?
  • Is the employee included on the invoice for a top-up?
  • Has the employee ordered a top-up?

In the customer portal, you can easily create an additional top-up for an employee who was missed or forgot to order a top-up for the upcoming month.

Go to the question “Create a new top-up” and follow the instructions on how to create a new top-up.
