There can be several reasons why an employee has not received a top-up on their Epassi card. Easily check the following:
- Is the employee’s status active?
- Is the employee included on the invoice for a top-up?
- Has the employee ordered a top-up?
In the customer portal, you can easily create an additional top-up for an employee who was missed or forgot to order a top-up for the upcoming month.
