The easiest way is to use the Epassi app when making a purchase.
Feel free to check out our instructional video below, which describes the process step by step, or refer to the Epassi User Manual.
Making a purchase via the Epassi app:
- Log in: Open the app and log in to your account.
- Select wellness: Search for a provider or the desired wellness service.
- Follow the payment instructions: When you click on the provider's profile, you'll see the products and payment options they offer. Payment in the Epassi app offers two different options:
- Pay at the checkout with the Epassi app (white buttons).
- Enter the amount you wish to pay or choose a product.
- Note that you need to be at the checkout when confirming your purchase in the Epassi app. The receipt is valid for 15 minutes. Show your ID along with the receipt to the cashier.
- Pay remotely with the Epassi app (blue buttons).
- If you see the blue box labeled "Remote Payments," you can choose which product you'd like to purchase and pay directly. Shortly after confirming the purchase, you'll receive a payment confirmation sent to your email address.
- Pay at the checkout with the Epassi app (white buttons).
Psst! Don’t have enough balance for the wellness service you want to buy? No problem. You can still use the remaining balance of your benefit and pay the rest yourself.
