I have a direct debit with a provider and want to pay with my wellness allowance

Your Epassi balance should be used first – Your wellness allowance cannot retroactively cover direct debit payments that have already been charged to your private account.

For upcoming payments, you can pay with your wellness allowance via the Epassi app as the primary method. There are two options for using your wellness allowance along with direct debit:

• Pause the direct debit payment
• Temporarily reduce the amount charged via direct debit

Pause the direct debit payment: You pay with your wellness allowance through the Epassi app. For a specified period, you pause the direct debit payments, which are instead covered by the corresponding amount you’ve prepaid through the Epassi app. Once the wellness allowance is used up, the direct debit payment will resume to the regular amount.

Temporarily reduce the amount charged via direct debit: You pay with your wellness allowance through the Epassi app. For a specified period, the provider reduces the direct debit amount by the equivalent amount you’ve prepaid through the Epassi app. Once the wellness allowance is used up, the direct debit payment will return to the usual amount.

The procedure for direct debit may vary between providers, and not all offer the possibility to combine direct debit with Epassi. We recommend checking with your provider for more information about their specific setup.
