Buy without being on-site: If the provider has a blue box with the text "Remote Payments" in their profile, it means you can make the purchase remotely – no matter where you are.
If you do not see this indicator, you will need to be on-site with the provider to complete the purchase.
Here’s how to make a remote payment:
- Search for the provider’s name in the app to find the correct profile.
- Scroll to "Pay in the app remotely" and select a highlighted blue option to complete your purchase.
- You will find important information about your purchase and next steps in the provider's marketing text in the app.
- Your receipt can be found under "History."
