Why can't I use the wellness benefit at Thai massage salons?
We are currently conducting an internal investigation to ensure that only serious providers are included in our network. During this period, we have temporarily disabled the ability to use the wellness benefit at Thai massage salons via Epassi. This decision is based on clear indications of fraud and illegal activities associated with the wellness benefit, which is why we are working towards a safe and sustainable solution for all.
Where can I use my wellness benefit instead?
You can still use your benefit with all our approved and affiliated wellness providers. You can find them through the search function in the Epassi app or via epassi.se.
What do I do if I have a booked treatment at a Thai massage salon?
If you have a booked treatment after March 6, you have the following options: • Cancel your appointment
• Reschedule to another wellness provider affiliated with Epassi
• Pay for the treatment privately and outside of the wellness benefit
When will I be able to use the wellness benefit at Thai massage salons again?
We understand that the temporary deactivation raises questions. Right now, we are focusing on the internal investigation to identify any actions and opportunities moving forward. We will provide more information as soon as we have a clearer understanding.
