When can I start using my wellness allowance?

It's great that you want to start using your wellness allowance!

Here's how it works:
 Once the company you are employed by has registered you as a user of Epassi and assigned your allowance, you can start using your benefits immediately.

New user or new employee:
 If you're a new user of Epassi or a new employee at the company, Epassi will send a welcome email to your registered email address as soon as your account is activated and ready to be used.

Access only during your employment:
 You will have access to your wellness allowance for as long as you are employed. When your employment with the company that assigned the wellness allowance ends, your access to your wellness balance will be deactivated the same day your employment ends.
