I want to save my wellness allowance for next year

We understand that it might be tempting to save your wellness allowance, especially if you haven't used it all.

Cannot save – Unfortunately, you cannot save your wellness allowance for next year. The allowance is tied to the current year and must be used before the year ends according to the Swedish Tax Agency's rules. Typically, next year's wellness allowance is assigned at the beginning of January.

Two dates you need to keep in mind:

• On New Year's Eve, December 31st, at 11:00 PM – is the last day and time you can use your wellness allowance. It cannot be saved for the next year. The wellness allowance must be used in the current year.

• End of employment – If you're ending your employment, you must use your wellness allowance by your last day of employment at 11:00 PM. When your employment ends, access to your wellness balance will be deactivated the same day.

Tip: If you don't have time to enjoy your wellness benefit before the new year, you can always choose a service that extends into the next year, as long as the purchase is made before December 31st at 11:00 PM.
