When you make a purchase through the Epassi app , it is important to complete the payment on site, provided that the supplier has a physical facility. This is because the receipt for your purchase must be shown to the checkout staff within 15 minutes of the purchase being made. If the receipt has "expired", the supplier has no obligation to accept the payment. This means that you will not get your balance back after 15 minutes have passed as the purchase has already been registered with the supplier. Contact your supplier as soon as possible if this has happened and ask if it is possible to make a repurchase.
