The routine for direct debit differs between different providers, and not all can combine direct debit with Epassi.

Ask your provider about their routine. Please note that the provider must be connected to Epassi. Unfortunately, you cannot get a refund for direct debit withdrawals that have already been made privately. It can also differ depending on the employer's wellness policy.


Below we describe two common ways in which direct debit with Epassi can work.


Option 1: You pay with the Epassi app to the facility and ask them to pause the direct debit payment. As long as there is coverage of the deposited amount of healthcare allowance, nothing is deducted from direct debit. When the value of the wellness allowance is used up, the direct debit payment is reactivated.


Option 2: The supplier lowers the monthly cost for a specified period that corresponds to depositing your health care allowance. When the value of the wellness allowance is used up, the direct debit payment is changed to the regular agreed price.
