You can do this by logging into the web portal or through the Epassikortet app.

 

In the web portal:

 

Go to "My card" and select "Order card", choose a reason and a new card will be ordered and sent to you.

 

In the mobile app:

 

Go to "Settings" and select "Order replacement card".

 

This will block your existing card while a new card is ordered.

 

Any replacement card fee may be deducted directly from your balance.
