Go to "Employees" and "Manage employees" in the menu.

Look up the employee's name

Tap the pen to change.

Information about the employee will then appear.

At the bottom, you can select the company/unit to which the employee should belong (if you have several units).

If it is a unit within the same company, you can move the person here.

Should it be a move from another company, you must contact our customer service via the contact form or telephone and they will help you with the move.

NOTE: keep in mind that if you make a move between devices that do not have the same charging settings, the employee's calendar is reset, he must then go in and order charging again for the new company.
