In most cases, the answer is no. However, some employers have chosen an add-on that makes it possible. In these cases, the purchase must first be paid privately and then registered with a receipt via epassi.se, at the latest by November 14th, 11:00 PM.


Please note: If “Register your receipt” is not visible when you are logged in to epassi.se, it means that your employer has not enabled the add-on for receipt registration outside the Epassi network. In that case, choose a wellness service from one of Epassi’s affiliated merchants instead – easy, digital, and without any private expenses.


If you pay privately at an affiliated merchant, you cannot be reimbursed afterwards.
These purchases must always be made directly through Epassi. This also applies to purchases made from affiliated merchants through a third party, such as Let’s Deal.
