If your PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, your Epassi card will be temporarily blocked.

Unblock the card – You can unblock your card yourself via the app or the web.

Here’s how to unblock via the app:

  1. Log in to the Epassikortet app with BankID.
  2. Tap the "My Account" icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap "Unblock" and follow the instructions.
  4. Your PIN code will now work again!

Here’s how to unblock via the web:

  1. Log in to Lunch.epassi.se with BankID.
  2. Click on the "Card" tab – now you will see an image of your card.
  3. Click on "Remove card block" under the image of the card.
  4. Your PIN code will now work again!

Please note that you will need to activate your card again after it has been blocked. You can activate your Epassi card by inserting it into the card terminal and using the PIN code the next time you make a purchase.
