Please block your current card as the first step.

Here’s how to order a replacement card/block your card via the app:

  1. Log in to the Epassikortet app with BankID.
  2. Tap the "My Account" icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap "Order replacement card" or "Block card" and follow the instructions.

  1. Log in to Lunch.epassi.se with BankID.
  2. Click on the "Card" tab – now you’ll see an image of your card.
  3. Click on "Replacement card" or "Block my card temporarily" and follow the instructions.
