The delivery time for your Epassi card is normally 5–12 business days after your order has been registered.
Different benefits portal – Please note that if you ordered your card via another benefits portal, the delivery time may be up to six weeks.
Mobile wallet – You can add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay as soon as you have a balance registered, even if you haven’t received the physical card yet. You can easily add the card to your mobile wallet via our Epassikortet app.
Here’s how to add the card to your mobile wallet via the app:
- Log in to the Epassikortet app with BankID.
- Tap "Wallet" and "Add card" and follow the instructions.
- Verify with BankID.
